What We Deliver ?

Maintenance

Our dedicated in-house maintenance team keeps each property in top condition for guests. They handle regular inspections, promptly address any reported issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Typical tasks include A/C repairs, replacing water heaters, fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, minor paint touch-ups, and other general upkeep duties.

Supply Refresh Service

We ensure your property is fully stocked with fresh guest amenities before every arrival—including premium towels and linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bottled water, coffee, tea, and toilet paper, along with other essential supplies to keep guests comfortable throughout their stay.

Full-Service Property Cleaning

Our fully trained and licensed cleaning team handles both routine cleanings and deep cleans to keep properties spotless. They’re also available to provide additional cleaning services upon guest request.

Maintenance & Cleaning FAQs

Guests cover all cleaning fees unless the owner personally stays at the property, in which case the owner pays. Routine maintenance costs are the owner's responsibility, except when repairs are needed due to guest or staff-related damage—those cases are handled separately.

To maintain high standards, we manage separate, fully licensed companies for cleaning and maintenance. All team members are professionally trained following our in-house protocols. We never outsource cleaning tasks and only delegate highly specialized maintenance work when necessary. Each team is equipped with targeted expertise and tailored training for their specific responsibilities.

If a member of the Skyline Stays Vacation team accidentally damages an item during cleaning, we take full responsibility — the item will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the property owner.

Our goal is to resolve maintenance issues within a few hours. We have teams stationed across key areas of Dubai, ready to respond quickly to service requests. For more complex problems that require specific parts, resolution may take slightly longer — though we strive to complete all repairs within 24 hours.

In general, no. Coordinating third-party maintenance on short notice can be challenging and may lead to delays, which impact guest satisfaction and can result in refunds. By using our own teams, we maintain full control over response times and service quality.

During the onboarding process, it’s required that each property is equipped with essential cleaning tools like a vacuum and mop. Ongoing cleaning supplies, however, are regularly provided by the Skyline Stays Vacation cleaning team.
