We specialize in designing interiors for short-term rentals, ensuring each property is both aesthetically appealing for photos and practical for everyday use. Our Services
Full-Service Setup
This is our all-inclusive package — we handle everything from furnishing to final styling, transforming your empty property into a fully equipped short-term rental. The service includes:
- Main furniture items such as seating, beds, and more
- Complete set of kitchen items – from cutlery to crockery
- Styling elements including wall art, vases, and accessories
- Interior lighting solutions
- Area rugs
- Bathroom amenities
- Essential items for guests, such as a vacuum, hairdryer, pillows, and bedding
guests when we are done. Our turnaround is between
two to four weeks,
depending on the size of the property.
Styling Interior
We refer to it as a ‘Styling Project’ when it’s not a complete furnishing overhaul. Whether your property is partially furnished or you need assistance with décor and guest essentials, we collaborate with you to meet your budget and ensure the property is ready for short-term rental. For smaller styling projects, we offer a one-week turnaround.
Exclusive Interior Styling Services

How we do it ?
First assessment
For every property we furnish, we begin with an initial inspection to assess the space and determine what is feasible or required. During this stage, we also present comparable properties and design concepts from our recent projects to guide the vision.
Interior Design Agreement
For Full Projects, the client chooses the Interior Design Package that aligns with their vision. For Styling Projects, we prepare a comprehensive quote covering all necessary items, which is then reviewed and approved by the client.
Realization
Our design team sets clear milestones from the outset, working efficiently to complete the project quickly and have the property operational and profitable at the earliest opportunity.
Pricing
To ensure swift project completion, our interior design team relies on predefined packages that cover all essential furnishings, excluding large appliances and highly specialized items.

We collaborate with a wide range of both local and global suppliers to ensure top quality at competitive prices. All of our furniture is produced within the UAE, allowing for quick and efficient delivery.
