1. Data we collect
- Identity and contact details of the person booking.
- Identity documents of all occupants (passport or Emirates ID) — a legal requirement of the DET for the registration of every stay in Dubai.
- Stay details (dates, property, number of guests).
- Payment data, processed exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). Skyline Stays never has access to your card numbers.
2. Why we use it
To perform your booking, register guests with the Dubai authorities as required by law, process payment and the security deposit, communicate about your stay, and meet our accounting and tax obligations.
3. Who we share it with
The Dubai authorities (DET — legal obligation), Stripe (payment), our booking-management software and pricing tool. Nothing else: no resale of data, no marketing without your consent.
4. How long we keep it
Identity documents are kept for the period required by DET regulations, then deleted. Booking data is kept for 5 years (UAE accounting obligations).
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data (within the limits of our legal obligations) via WhatsApp or e-mail.
